Leslie Bennett has led women’s ministries in two local churches and serves on the Revive Our Hearts ministry team. She connects with women’s leaders around the world in the Revive Our Hearts Leader Facebook Group and as host of online training events. A teacher at heart, she is devoted to training and discipling the next generation to treasure Christ above all. Leslie and her husband, Mac, live in S.C., where she loves spending time with family and admiring Lowcountry sunsets.

How should we handle unfulfilled longings or crushing circumstances? Leslie will lead us in examining portraits of four women in the Bible and exploring God's truth about shame, disappointment, bitterness, and waiting; you'll be infused with a living hope and enduring peace that Christ is truly enough, regardless of your circumstances.

Workshop Session

Extending Hope: A Q&A Discussion Panel on Supporting Those in Difficult Seasons

As the Body of Christ, we are called to bear each other's burdens. But sometimes, we feel awkward and struggle to know how to do that with effectiveness and sensitivity. How can we best show love to a child with special needs, support caregivers, or stand by a friend who is grieving? How do we extend hope to people in similar situations?

The session will include a panel of ladies with different stories and walks of life. There will be pre-selected questions to begin the session and keep it going, as well as the opportunity for the audience to participate. Our panel will offer thoughtful responses, advice, ideas, and HOPE.
