Age Requirement: Attendees must be 13 or older. Those under 18 must register with an accompanying adult.

Scholarships: Limited funds available. Plans that include lunch or lunch‑ticket add‑ons are not eligible.

Reservation Deadline: Please register by October 16 to allow us to finalize lodging and seating arrangements.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds after the deadline. Minus 10% before the deadline.

Rates: Listed per person. Adjust quantity (+) for multiple attendees.

Customizable Plans: Choose a one- or two-night package (including lodging and conference) or select Conference Only. Lunch tickets are available as an upgrade.
